The Bell Mobility – Procurement & Supply Chain Team is seeking a motivated individual with proven SQL/SAS, Python, Reporting, and analytical skills. Reporting to the Senior Analyst, Planning & Reporting, this individual will support the business unit by providing timely and insightful reporting and detailed analysis of financial, operational, and inventory data within Bell’s distribution network (DC and Channels). The successful candidate will also assist in managing merchandise flow, ensuring the timeliness and productivity of inventory, and managing slow-moving, obsolete, and end-of-life inventory to increase inventory turns.

To succeed in this role, you will need to work as part of a team to keep our supply chain ahead of the curve by developing keen analysis and creating actionable proposals to address inventory planning and management gaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely, insightful, and clear reporting and analysis on inventory
  • Report ad hoc, daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs within a time-sensitive environment
  • Develop standardized reporting for business units using up-to-date visualization tools
  • Translate report findings into meaningful PowerPoint presentations and present to senior executives
  • Automate data processing, reporting, and analytical workflows using SQL, SAS, and Python to improve efficiency and decision-making
  • Assist in the continuous improvement and optimization of analytics processes
  • Foster a data-driven culture of continuous learning and innovation
Critical Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in data analytics and/or Telecom/Technology products industry
  • Proven ability in quantitative analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization techniques and tools
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret requirements and create valuable analytics
  • Highly motivated, success-driven, and eager to work in a challenging environment
  • Ability to develop proactive relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Availability to work some evenings and weekends during key sales periods
  • Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, Microsoft Excel, and SAP
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as GIT

Additional Information:

For hybrid work arrangements, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a Bell office at least 3 days a week. Bell offers flexible work hours to support work-life balance.
