We are currently recruiting for an Inventory Coordinator for Saint John, NB.

Responsibilities

  1. Account for all movements of maintenance inventory
  2. Perform all necessary documentation of inventory transactions
  3. Kit parts for upcoming PMs and repair projects
  4. Create & receive Purchase Orders (PO) for parts
  5. Prepare parts requests and contact suppliers for quotes/orders
  6. Analyze inventory data for stock reordering
  7. Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks
  8. Assist in reporting and analyzing stock data
  9. Coordinate calibration of company tools and maintain logs
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of inventory systems, define and document major components along with testing and deployment procedures
  11. Participate in on-call rotation
  12. Some travel may be required
  13. Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Years of Experience Required: Less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment and also a self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
