About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Inventory Coordinator works within Coke Canada warehouses, managing and controlling inventory and working on process improvements as necessary. This is a 12-month contract position with the opportunity to be converted to full-time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile daily warehouse inventory.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Review Inventory Variance Reports daily and collaborate with Inventory Analyst to resolve issues.
• Count all raw materials and finished goods daily, reconciling against SAP inventory levels; research and resolve variances.
• Reconcile inventory data monthly and annually with SAP system.
• Document all audit activities for internal and external audits.
• Identify and report close-dated products.
• Assist in inventory audits, documentation, and reporting.
• Identify control improvement opportunities and communicate to management.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert on inventory internal controls.
• Provide training on policies, procedures, and controls.
• Support internal control remediation efforts.
• Assist with annual independent inventory counts.
• Ensure adherence to financial and operational control policies.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent business experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse operations, finance, or audit preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP.
• CPA certification is an asset.
• Ability to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks.
