Inventory coordinator

Job Goal

With close to 100,000 items in TENAQUIP’s catalogue and 350,000 sq ft of warehousing, our team of procurement analysts must vigilantly manage and replenish stock accordingly in order to maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. Regular maintenance of TENAQUIP’s inventory turns & fill rates;
2. Preparing purchase orders & notifying vendors of PO changes;
3. Updating and maintaining delivery dates;
4. Contacting vendors concerning rate adjustments or shipment of incorrect materials;
5. Verifying invoices for SKU discrepancies;
6. Preparing various stock level reports;
7. Contributing / participating in weekly buyers’ meeting;

Qualifications

1. Proficient in MS Excel;
2. Applied knowledge of inventory management, carrying cost, min/max, and logistics;
3. Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC) designation a definite asset.
