  • Analyze current processes and controls and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Plan time and resources effectively to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Plan and lead team discussions on inventory results and improvements
  • Partner with Receiving to troubleshoot inventory issues and variances
  • Work with the Inventory Analyst on counts, variance resolution, and reporting
  • Coordinate count support with Material Handlers and day to day inventory administration with Administrative Support
  • Follow up with external contractors to resolve discrepancies
  • Take part in occasional meetings and discussions with clients as needed

3 to 6 Months
  • Fully reach targets and results, completing tasks and reconciling inventory monthly
  • Complete the count process and troubleshoot issues with minimal to no support
  • Own the process and tasks, managing to the schedule while proactively improving processes and results

6 to 12 Months
  • Operate efficiently and effectively, with all targets and reports meeting standards
  • Manage a fixed schedule volume at a timely pace, meeting monthly completion targets
