Qualifications

- Experience using Microsoft Office including Excel and Power Point
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Strong understanding of data entry, inventory tracking methods, and basic financial principles related to inventory valuation.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to inventory inaccuracies.
- Green or Yellow Belt certification is an asset
Responsibilities
- Lead or support initiatives to improve overall warehouse operation and effective warehousing.
- Supporting MOC operations in driving business improvement.
- Maintain, monitor, and update inventory databases using inventory control software (D365), ensuring real-time accuracy and traceability of stock movement.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances, including misplaced, damaged, or missing stock, and report findings to the relevant departments.
- Proactively identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies in inventory management workflows and suggest innovative solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between warehouse operations, Replenishment and Purchasing teams to address inventory-related challenges.
- Safety Compliance - Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Report any unsafe conditions or incidents and participate in safety training and drills.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to transform raw data into actionable insights that optimize stock levels and predict trends.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements—drawing from lean principles and cross-departmental collaboration to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
