Job summary

Fort Garry Industries Regina seeks an Inventory Support Specialist to monitor branch inventory and keep stock aligned with market demand. You will collaborate with the team to deliver a high-quality customer experience and support the Parts Department with shortages and transfers.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in supply chain or warehousing, knowledge of truck/trailer parts, and strong communication. The role is on-site in Regina with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in supply chain, logistics, warehousing or purchasing.
• Excellent customer service and strong written/verbal communication.
• Team-oriented, adaptable and safety-focused in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of truck/trailer and agricultural parts preferred.
• Experience sourcing parts from catalogs (digital or hard).
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a large warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch inventory to meet market demand and ensure proper stocking.
• Investigate stock reports and adjust inventories as required.
• Support the Parts Department with order shortages and transfers.
• Maintain reports on customer-specific SKUs and base inventory levels.
• Review returns and cycle counts; process fillable backorder invoices.
