Responsibilities
PRIMARY PURPOSE
Supports the Manager in overseeing daily operations across the central store and 11 satellite locations, supervising a team of over 80 staff members, mentoring team leaders, promoting process documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Monitors daily labor requirements, liaises with garage managers, enhances team morale, manages departmental expenses, and contributes to budgeting. Develops and tracks KPIs, analyzes parts requirements, participates in hiring, coaches staff, and ensures a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Parts Trades, or an Engineering degree/diploma, with 9 years of leadership experience in medium to large teams, or 15 years of proven leadership with certifications.
Other Requirements
Exceptional problem-solving skills, proficiency in inventory reconciliation, strong decision-making abilities, and experience managing unionized teams are required. Experience in the automotive or heavy-duty industry and change management in union environments is preferred.
Other Information
Recruitment involves demonstrating qualifications through interviews. The work schedule is 37.5 hours/week, primarily on-site. Salary ranges from $89,600 to $134,400 annually, based on experience and qualifications, with a comprehensive benefits package discussed during the hiring process.
