Inventory & Compliance Optimization Manager

At Prestige Home Improvement , we're building a world-class, system-driven operation—and we're looking for someone to own and optimize one of the most important pillars : Inventory & Asset Control .

We’re seeking a highly organized, process-driven professional to eliminate waste, streamline our inventory systems, and ensure full accountability for all company property. This role involves tracking material usage, negotiating supplier deals, and enforcing asset responsibility across the company.

What You’ll Do :

  • Design airtight inventory systems to prevent material loss or misuse
  • Monitor material and equipment usage to improve forecasting and planning
  • Hold staff accountable for tools and assets
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing
  • Report on key metrics and drive continuous operational improvements
  • Support compliance processes and inventory audits

What We’re Looking For :

  • 3+ years experience in inventory management, procurement, or operations
  • Experience in construction, HVAC, or field services
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to create systems and work independently
