Job Title: Inventory Clerk

Division: Flynn Manufacturing

Location: Mississauga

Shift Time: Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Flynn Group of Companies is currently looking for an experienced Inventory Clerk to join their team! If you have experience handling of small parts (Inventory management) - this could be the position for you! Reporting to the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, the Inventory Clerk is responsible for managing materials within our warehouse and regularly performing audits on materials and coordinating shipping and distribution of materials to the production teams, internal customers, and external customers. This position is located at our Mississauga Branch which is located at Airport Road and Derry Road in Mississauga.

A Day in the Life:

-Manage raw materials inventory, perform regular audits, and verify all materials are present in inbound and outbound shipments.

-Picking orders and distributing materials to the staging area in a timely and efficient manner.

-Perform inventory cycle counts.

-Regularly clean & organize work areas.

-Operate a Counterbalance Forklift.

-Work under minimum direction from the Shipping/Receiver Supervisor.

What We Are Seeking:

-Minimum 2 years experience with inventory processes (receiving, labelling, pick/pack, cycle counts), and use of hand-held devices for warehouse operations.

-Previous experience operating forklift equipment; previous experience with counterbalance considered an asset.

-Previous experience working with Warehouse Management Systems considered an asset.

-Strong aptitude for working with numbers.

-Able to work independently.
