Job summary

Medline Canada is seeking an Inventory Associate in Guelph, Ontario. You will perform cycle counts, manage stock, and use SAP alongside Microsoft Office to ensure inventory accuracy. The role requires attention to discrepancy root causes and timely reconciliations, reporting to the National Sr.

Inventory Manager/Warehouse Supervisor. The position is permanent, full-time with a Fri-Mon 10:00 AM–8:30 PM shift and a pay rate of CAD 22.00/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory control or cycle counting preferred.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment; forklift license preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify causes of discrepancies and develop corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve inventory issues.
• Utilize SAP ERP to perform inventory transactions (issuing, transferring, adjusting).
• Create approvals for inventory movement and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain GMP-compliant records and a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist with damaged/returned products and verify against approvals.
