Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Inventory Analyst to monitor and optimize inventory across divisions using advanced analytics and ERP/BI tools. You will develop replenishment strategies, align forecasts with Sales, and ensure efficient execution of plans to maintain optimal stock levels.

In this role, you will collaborate with Buyers and Demand Planning, translate data into actionable insights, and produce regular reports for senior management while driving process improvements in a fast-paced retail

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels across divisions and categories.
• Develop item-level inventory and replenishment strategies using data.
• Collaborate with Sales on item-category forecasts and requirements.
• Ensure replenishment plans are executed and inventory is maintained.
• Report to senior management on risks, trends, and actions with insights.
• Utilize ERP and BI tools to optimize inventory and replenishment.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc inventory and reporting outputs.
• Identify reporting efficiencies and streamline analysis processes.
• Investigate inventory issues with stakeholders to resolve root causes.
• Analyze data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and correct as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
