Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved Radiology Technologist Diploma program and certification with CAMRT. Eligible for CAMRT membership.
• CAMRT Computed Tomography certification, IV certification, knowledge of angiography and interventional procedures, and three years recent, related experience in an acute hospital setting, including one year performing CT.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT and angiography procedures, often in collaboration with a radiologist or physician.
• Maintains radiation safety principles to protect patients and staff, and completes required documentation and administrative tasks.
