Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada in Mississauga is seeking an enthusiastic engineering intern to join our on-site design team. You will work with CATIA to create, update, and maintain detailed CAD drawings for compressor components and assemblies, under the guidance of experienced engineers.

You will collaborate with engineers to ensure design specs are met, perform design revisions based on feedback, and contribute to BOMs and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Familiarity with CATIA software.
• Able to work on-site in Mississauga, Canada.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

What will your day-to-day look like?

What do you need to be successful?

• Be eligible to work in Canada.
• Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
• Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
• Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CATIA software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this role is 22.20 cad - 32,60 cad. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
