Job summary

Pomerleau, a national leader in construction, seeks a Communications Intern to support project communications across Canada. You will write and edit blog posts, posters and website copy, and help manage deliverables for corporate and project strategies.

Join a collaborative team, gain hands-on experience on major construction projects, and contribute to events and translations while building an editorial calendar and digital asset library.

Qualifications

• Be legally authorized to work in Canada for the duration of the internship.
• Reside in Canada for the duration of the internship.
• Be enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution or have graduated within six months prior to the internship start date.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit blog posts, posters, flyers, and website copy.
• Support the implementation of deliverables of corporate and project communications strategies, including organization and management of initiatives and events and the production and revision of project media, including translation.
• Maintain editorial calendars, organize digital assets, and assist with meeting or event logistics.
• Attend communications team meetings and work closely with the team to support communication functions and activities.
