Job summary

Lyra Health Canada is seeking licensed therapists to join its provider network. You will deliver structured counselling in a flexible, client-centered setting, leveraging Lyra’s evidence-based methods.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a care-navigation framework and secure, confidential documentation. Candidates must hold a Master’s in clinical mental health, be licensed, and have 3–5 years of post-graduate experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical mental health and licensure to practice.
• 3–5 years post-graduate experience providing structured counselling/psychotherapy.
• Fully registered with relevant college or association and able to work independently.
• Experience with ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT and measurement-based care.

Responsibilities

• Willing to collaborate with Lyra’s protocols and service standards.
• Ability to work with adults; preference for providers who also work with children, couples and families.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.

Requirements

• We require a minimum Master’s from a relevant clinical mental health degree and licensed to practice therapy in your jurisdiction.
• 3 to 5 years post graduate experience providing structured counselling/psychotherapy.
• Current full registration status with relevant college or association for your location(s) of practice (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice).
• Willingness to work in collaboration and compliance working with Lyra’s protocols and service level standards.
• Ability to work with adults; preference given to providers who also work with children, couples and families.
• A secure virtual platform to provide virtual counselling.
• A physical office space with ability to see clients in person is a benefit, but not required.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed.
• Proficient in providing counselling in multiple languages an asset.
