SOLIS TALENTS - SOLIS TALENTS is seeking an experienced Accounting Officer to join a small finance team. The role involves end-to-end accounting, invoicing, and administration from the Waterloo office, with collaboration across HQ in Asia and the local finance manager.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, has at least 5 years in a similar role in an international environment, and is fluent in French and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in an international company.
• Fluent in French and English

Aufgaben

• Book invoices in the accounting software (AP/AR/bank statements).
• Create and transmit invoices to customers, liaise with the credit control department.
• Prepare month- and year-end closings (salaries, provisions, accruals).
• Prepare regular reports for the company's finance department at HQ.
• Point of contact for the external accountant and during audits.
• Day-to-day administration and office management
