Job summary

MOSAIC is seeking a motivated Program Support Worker to join our Seniors Club. Under the Coordinator, Seniors Club, you will provide administrative support to theteam and clients, handling records, invoices, inventory, and event coordination.

This role requires strong organization, confidentiality, and client-facing communication. We welcome applicants with high school completion and 1–2 years of administration experience.

Qualifications

  • High School completion or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years' relevant administration experience.
  • Current Criminal record check required.
  • Ability to speak Persian.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for reports, client/student records, and forms.
  • Verify accounting codes and process invoices related to program/departmental costs.
  • Maintain inventory and order office/program supplies.
  • Assist staff in planning events for clients and act as central contact for events.
  • Provide information and referrals for inquiries to MOSAIC and community programs.
  • Promote the program to clients and answer questions in person or by email.

POSITION FUNCTION:

Under the direction of the Coordinator, Seniors Club, the Program Support Worker provides support to theteam and clients through effective and timely performance of administrative and clerical duties.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide administrative support for reports, client/student records, and forms. Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to client/student information.

  • Verify accounting codes and process invoices related to program/departmental costs.

  • Maintain the inventory and order office/program supplies.

  • May assist staff in planning special events for clients and act as a central contact for special events

  • Provide information and referrals for telephone and walk-in inquiries to MOSAIC and community programs and services

  • Promote the program to interested clients, and answer client questions both in-person and by email regarding registration. Refers complex questions to the manager for follow-up

  • Document client activities in database(s), or document and collect data to produce contractual reports or statistics for funders


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • High School completion and training or experience related to office administration practices.

  • 1-2 years' relevant administration experience.

  • A current and satisfactory Criminal record check is required.

  • The ability to speak Persian.


DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Excellent administration skills with some experience in data management

  • Experience using OCMS is considered an asset

  • Proficient in computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and standard office equipment.

  • Good English verbal and written communication skills
