Qualifications

• Professional accounting/audit designation preferred; 2–3 years post-qualification experience.
• Knowledge of ICFR (NI 52-109), IFRS and COSO framework.
• Experience with auditing software such as Riskonnect is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform advisory and assurance audit services of advanced or complex nature.
• Assist in improving risk management, control and governance processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors to plan and scope ICFR work and streamline processes.
• Plan and execute audit engagements adhering to standards and timelines.
• Standardize audit documentation to improve output consistency and support reviews.
• Provide well-reasoned recommendations to Executive Management and the Board.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge through peer reviews.
