Job summary

Bombardier invites motivated students to join the Materials and Processes (M&P) internship for Winter 2027 at Marcel-Laurin Plant 1. You will analyze testing data, revise process specs, draft reports, and propose technical recommendations while supporting daily M&P activities.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and basic knowledge of metallic and composite materials; hybrid work arrangement and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Catia V5 (advantage).
• Strong communication with diverse teams.
• Team player.
• Basic knowledge of metallic and composite materials.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from testing and provide diagnostics.
• Revise engineering process specifications.
• Draft reports and suggest technical recommendations.
• Help solving problems from production departments.
• Support the M&P Engineering daily activities.

What are your contributions to the team?

During your internship, you will contribute to:

• Analyze data gotten from testing and provide diagnostics
• Revise Engineering process specifications
• Draft some reports and suggest technical recommendations
• Help solving problems that are brought by many different production departments
• Support the M&P Engineering department daily activities

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
