Job summary

iA Financial Group invites IT interns to join our Winter 2027 program in Quebec City, working in a hybrid environment. You will support IT analysis, help identify root causes of issues, and contribute to delivering secure solutions that protect client futures.

You'll collaborate with teams across Canada, learn LEAN principles, and develop analytical skills while gaining hands-on experience in a trusted, people-first organization that values development and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor degree in Business Administration (MIS) or MIS profile.
• Team spirit and collaborative mindset are essential.
• Strong analytical and summarization skills are expected.
• Demonstrates autonomy and organized approach to tasks.
• Able to explain IT concepts in simple terms to business partners.
• Knowledge of LEAN is an asset; insurance industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support IT-related changes and initiatives impacting Sales Force.
• Identify business needs and help define solutions; assist in implementing the chosen solution.
