Job summary

Alstom in Saint-Bruno invites an intern to help shape the digital backbone of project management operations. You will support daily management of PM tools, maintain dashboards and KPIs, and provide first-level user support.

You will contribute to tool deployment, testing, and continuous improvement while collaborating with engineering, operations, and design teams. You will gain hands-on experience in digital project management and process improvement within a global leader in mobility

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Strong interest in project management tools and process improvement.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI/SharePoint/Power Apps is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with proactive learning attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams.

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in project management tools, digital solutions, and process improvement.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, or Power Apps is an asset.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams, demonstrating good communication and interpersonal skills.
