The A&M Tax Canada team provides comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services to clients across a broad range of sectors and industries. Our professionals work closely with clients to navigate complex and evolving tax matters affecting their transactions, investments, and ongoing operations. Through our M&A Tax practice, we advise on mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, investment and financing structures, dispositions, and post-transaction activities. We partner with clients before, during, and after transactions to assess tax risks and opportunities, conduct due diligence, and implement practical tax solutions aligned with each organization's business objectives.
