Job summary

TC Energy seeks a Student Intern to support workplace safety, hazard identification, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across a dynamic operational environment. You will gain hands-on experience with safety management practices and help ensure safe, reliable energy delivery across North America.

As a student intern, you will work with experienced professionals, applying academic knowledge to real-world projects and contributing to a culture of health and safety.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an accredited Industrial Hygiene or Safety degree program.
  • Returning to full-time studies after the work term.
  • Currently pursuing a degree with at least one academic term completed before May 2027.
  • Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the term.

Responsibilities

  • Support workplace safety and health initiatives.
  • Assist with hazard identification and risk mitigation activities.
  • Participate in safety program implementation and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support safety objectives.
  • Analyze safety-related information and contribute to reporting.
