Job summary

B+H Architects seeks an Intermediate Architect to join its Healthcare team, delivering complex health and institutional projects from design development to construction administration. You will produce and coordinate technical documentation, liaise with consultants and clients, and help ensure high-quality, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years' professional architectural experience, ideally healthcare/institutional projects.
• Experience supporting projects through multiple design and construction phases.
• Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills.
• Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM-based project delivery.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants.
• Strong written, verbal and organisational skills.
• OAA Intern Architect registration, or progress towards registration, advantageous.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Intermediate Architect to join our Healthcare team, supporting the delivery of complex healthcare and institutional projects across a variety of project stages. This role offers the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary design environment, contributing to project delivery from design development through to construction administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production and coordination of technical documentation, supporting project teams, liaising with consultants and clients, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and technical excellence.

Required Qualifications & Experience
