Based throughout Western Canada, this position may have the opportunity to be full-time based on workload or skillset and will begin in the spring. You’ll have the opportunity to work as part of multi-disciplinary project teams associated with our Western Canada Offices and projects to contribute directly to the environmental planning, permitting, and construction support efforts of government and privately-owned infrastructure projects. As an Intermediate Wildlife Field Biologist, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading field crews for multiple survey scopes, including data collection efforts, managing multi-person crews of various experience and scope, liaising with client field contacts, assisting with the development of methodology, and some technical writing. While field-based wildlife studies will comprise the majority of work, the Intermediate Wildlife Field Biologist could also be required to support other biophysical disciplines as needed.

Posted Salary Range: Minimum $58,900.00, Upper $89,100.00
The base salary range for this position is $58,900.00 to $89,100.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across British Columbia, Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
