What We’re Looking For
We are seeking creative leaders who bring strategic thinking, design passion, and project delivery expertise to our team. The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong design vision, expressed with clarity and enthusiasm, and the ability to see those ideas through to built form.
• Proven leadership in project development—from concept to construction—including overseeing design teams and producing detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• A strategic mindset for community-building and sustainable development, with an understanding of both urban and rural contexts.
• An ability to cultivate strong client relationships, foster trust and collaboration, and lead projects that deliver long-term value.

We are looking for a registered Landscape Architect with an interest in urban design and planning. However, professionals with backgrounds in landscape architecture, engineering, urban design, or planning are encouraged to apply.
