Salary Range

Paid based on the salary grid of the Collective Agreement with OECTA according to QECO rating and years of experience.

Assignments

1. Nicholson Catholic College, Secondary: Intermediate/Senior Teacher of Mathematics and Religious Education, 1.0 FTE, Long-Term Occasional, from May 20, 2025, to June 27, 2025.
2. Regiopolis Notre Dame Catholic High School: Intermediate/Senior Teacher of Mathematics, 1.0 FTE, Long-Term Occasional, from May 15, 2025, until further notice.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Qualification from the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT)
• Intermediate/Senior Subject Specific Qualifications

Application and Requirements

• Cover Letter with Resume
• Current OCT Certificate of Qualification
• Current (within 1 year) Roman Catholic Baptismal Certificate or similar document
• Two professional letters of reference

As a condition of employment, the successful candidate must provide a Criminal Background Check (CBC) with vulnerable sector screening current within six months of hire.

Note

Long-term occasional assignments are filled without an in-person interview. Staffing is based on the three most senior qualified applicants available for the assignment, defined as not being assigned to another LTO during the posting period.
