Paid based on the salary grid of the Collective Agreement with OECTA according to QECO rating and years of experience.

Long-term occasional assignments are filled without an in-person interview. Staffing is based on the three most senior qualified applicants available for the assignment, defined as not being assigned to another LTO during the posting period.
