Intermediate/Senior Full Stack Software Developer (Lifecycle)

Long story short, we're looking to hire a Full-Stack Software Developer with excellent problem solving skills, proactivity and communication abilities to join our new Lifecycle squad.

You will join a team of 4 Full-Stack Developers (including a Team Lead), one Product Manager and twi Solution Engineers, all dedicated to solving B2B companies’ biggest challenge: customer implementation.

Your mission will be to master all intricacies of the gaiia product to build automation workflows, streamline customer data migrations, and create a stellar onboarding experience. Lifecycle is known for their deep customer impact, holistic product knowledge and frequent department-wide collaborations.

No pressure, but scaling implementations is crucial to gaiia’s success, and the Lifecycle Squad will be at the center of it!

What is your team working on?

Technically speaking, you will work in a serverless ecosystem of microservices deployed on a cloud infrastructure. gaiia is all-in on Typescript, with frontend, backend and infrastructure-as-code all leveraging Typescript.

More pragmatically, as part of the Lifecycle squad, you will have the chance to

• Build custom workflows that automate critical customer processes.
• Own and optimize the data migration process end-to-end.
• Own the migration scripts and the execution of customer migrations.
• Develop both internal and in-app tools to scale implementations.
• Become an expert in many aspects of the gaiia product.
• Collaborate with Feature Squads, Customer Success and the Implementation Team to craft the perfect onboarding experience for each customer.
• You have experience with SQL databases .
• You have experience in DevOps and AWS services.
• You have experience with Node.js .
• You are process-oriented .
• You can deal with uncertainty and bring order to fuzzy challenges.
• You have an outgoing and collaborative personality, eager to work with different stakeholders to solve complex problems.
• You have a strong product mindset .
• You have experience with GraphQL .
• You have experience with the React framework.
• You have an interest or expertise in functional programming.
• You have knowledge of networking concepts.
• You have several personal projects exhibiting good coding skills.
• You have strong analytical thinking, proactivity and learning speed.

The salary range for this role is 85,000-140,000$ .
