Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct claim investigations within account guidelines.
  • Make initial contact with clients and report to them accordingly.
  • Identify liability, recommend reserves, and negotiate settlements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and insured parties.
  • Participate in after-hours customer service as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
  • University degree or related post-secondary education; equivalency considered.
  • Commitment to ongoing education.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
  • Adjuster’s license or pursuing CIP designation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous adjusting experience preferred.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and a proactive customer service approach.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and handle conflicts effectively.
  • Ability to interpret complex documents and perform advanced calculations.
  • Experience in accident benefits, liability, and bodily injury claims is preferred.
