Responsibilities:

The Adjuster actively manages claims, ensuring business development opportunities are maximized through marketing and timely follow-up.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in Auto, Property, Liability, Accident & Benefits, or Bodily Injury claims.
  • University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience.
  • Adjuster’s license or pursuing CIP designation.
  • Equivalent education and experience considered.
  • Commitment to ongoing education.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex legal documents and perform advanced numerical analyses.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
