Overview

Our public sector client is seeking a Intermediate Project Manager to assist with a SAP S4 HANA module implementation of Supply Chain and Plant Maintenance. Hybrid. Candidates must be located in Edmonton. Will be in-office in downtown Edmonton 2 days / week

Must haves

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a focus on ERP solutions ( SAP Cloud and S / 4Hana ) with Supply Chain and Plant Maintenance modules
• Experience documenting and analyzing current business processes to support the transition to the new system.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing test scripts and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Nice to haves

• A Project Management designation is preferred.
• A CBAP designation or PROSCI certification is an asset.
• Experience with SAP Ariba and S / 4Hana Finance modules
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all project lifecycle aspects, including resource assignment, planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Document current business processes for Supply Chain and Plant Maintenance. Contribute to business process analysis and systems functional / technical analysis for the SAP Cloud solution.
• Planning and Execution : Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and associated planning documents. Monitor project and team performance against plans and assist in taking corrective action when needed.
• Stakeholder and Team Coordination : Facilitate stakeholder meetings and consultations. Provide guidance to project resources to ensure task completion.
• Change Management : Contribute to change management activities, including the development of plans and liaison with client groups to drive the efficient adoption of changes.
