Intermediate Project Manager for a contract position, to support the integration of newly acquired businesses and drive the redevelopment and restructuring efforts across multiple workstreams of a recent acquisition.

Our healthcare client is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to support the integration of newly acquired businesses and drive the redevelopment and restructuring efforts across multiple workstreams of a recent acquisition. Reporting to the Manager of Program Management Office for the Post Acquisition Integration department.

6 months contract to start, high potential for renewal, 7.5 hrs per day, Remote

Must Have Skills:

  1. 5 years of experience within project management; preferably coming from an enterprise environment
  2. Strong experience in organizational design, change management, process mapping, and process design
  3. Strong knowledge and experience in using Google Suite
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Nice to Have

  1. Strong understanding of the health industry

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for executing numerous aspects of the project plan, connecting with various work streams on a weekly basis, identifying risks, managing dependencies, and providing timely status updates against project objectives. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timeline. Additionally, you will spend a portion of your time supporting the team through integration activities of new and previous acquisitions. Develop project plans, timelines and RACI frameworks.
  2. Execute projects by connecting with work streams on a regular basis.
  3. Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and escalate potential issues.
  4. Report weekly status updates (green, red, yellow).
  5. Support the team with integration activities by assisting with organizational design, process mapping, change management, roles and responsibilities definition, and other related tasks.
