What you need to succeed :

• Minimum of 3+ years experience building enterprise-grade or web-scale software using Java and Open Source technologies
• Due to security clearance reasons, you must have been in Canada for at least 5 years, with current work status as Permanent Resident or Citizen
• You have earned a post-secondary diploma or degree, or have relevant work experience in business, technology, or a related field
• Strong conceptualization skills and the ability to translate abstract ideas into high-quality, working code
• Highly collaborative and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
• Familiarity with IDE tools like Eclipse / IntelliJ and database tools like PL-SQL Developer
• Working knowledge of version control tools like Github
• Experience participating in requirement analysis, design, and code reviews, focusing on security, reliability, and performance
• Strong collaboration, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Security Clearance Requirement: In conjunction with our contract with the Federal Government, you will be required to obtain Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) prior to your start date, which includes fingerprinting, criminal record check, credit check, and residency in Canada for at least 5 years with Permanent Resident or Citizenship status.
