Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including:
  2. Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
  3. Defining the product vision
  4. Ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals
  5. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience:
  6. Identify and fill product gaps
  7. Generate new ideas that grow market share
  8. Improve customer experience
  9. Drive growth
  10. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  11. Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
  12. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  13. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  14. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  15. Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
  16. Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
  17. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  18. Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
Must Have:
  1. 5+ years of Strong BA with Scrum Master Experience.
  2. Hands-on experience with stakeholder management, leading projects and communications.
General Skills:
  1. Experience delivering MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  2. Experience working with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  3. Experience running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples becoming an expert with respect to the competition
  4. A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines, managing competing priorities and client relationship management experience
Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
Core skills and experience - 40%:
  1. 5+ years of product management experience in IT or digital services
  2. Proven experience leading large-scale digital or IT transformation projects of delivering user-centric products in complex environments
  3. Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, Scrum, and Lean product development and working with cross-functional teams
  4. Skilled in building and maintaining a product roadmap aligned to business priorities
  5. Experience defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success
Technical Skills and Experience - 35%:
  1. Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
  2. Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy conducting discovery work
  3. Strong experience with backlog management, prioritization techniques, and release planning
Communication and Documentation Skills - 20%:
  1. Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  2. Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from executive sponsors to technical teams.
  3. Experience of leading product demos, roadmapping sessions, and stakeholder updates.
Public Sector Experience - 5%:
  1. Experience with Government IT project and architectural governance.
  2. Knowledge of Government Digital, accessibility, and cybersecurity standards.
