Intermediate Procurement Analyst to assist with buying support for maintenance and project teams for our Oil and Gas client (Req 00009924)

Our Oil and Gas client is seeking a Intermediate Procurement Analyst to assist with buying support for maintenance and project teams.

Role is based in Lloydminster (SK). Candidates will be in-office 4 days/week.

Must haves:

• 2+ years of experience in a Procurement Analyst role focusing on Supply Chain initiatives.
• Experience with material buying for maintenance and project teams.
• Previous Oil and Gas experience.

Nice to haves:

• Supply Chain Management certification.
• Experience in SAP MM (Materials Management).
• Knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain RFQs to obtain price and delivery information for maintenance and project non-stock material requirements.
• Conduct RFQs for project bulk buying material requirements.
• Expedite material orders.
• Resolve purchase requisition and purchase order issues.
