A leading construction firm in New Brunswick is seeking a Project Management Professional to oversee significant precast concrete projects. This role involves managing project execution, mentoring a team, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Candidates should have relevant experience in construction management, ideally with a civil engineering background and PMP certification.
About Strescon Limited
Established in 1963, Strescon Limited has grown to become the largest precast, pre-stressed concrete manufacturer in Eastern Canada. Its primary market covers the Atlantic Provinces and the New England region of the United States. Strescon manufactures a wide range of both architectural and structural precast/prestressed concrete products including bridge girders, wall panels, complete parking garages, hollowcore slabs, precast pile, and deck slabs. Strescon presently has two facilities: 70,000 sq. ft. in Saint John, New Brunswick and 50,000 sq. ft. in Bedford, Nova Scotia.
In addition to our engineered precast facilities for custom components, Strescon also operates a 32,000 sq. ft. facility in Saint John which manufactures standard concrete products for engineered drainage systems, such as pipe, manholes and catch basins.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Management Professional with a strong background in construction project management to lead complex projects and direct a team of Project Management professionals across multiple production and installation sites. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of precast projects from design coordination through production, delivery, and erection, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
