Intermediate Mobile SDK Developer (iOS and/or Android)

We are currently looking for a full-time Intermediate Mobile Developer to work on mobile SDKs and Android/iOS applications. Responsibilities include implementing new features, handling change requests, fixing bugs in both in-house and outsourced solutions, and building new solutions from scratch. The candidate will participate in code reviews, provide feedback, contribute to process improvements, and understand both business and technical requirements. Collaboration with QA, product management, and analysts is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and unit test complex features/modules based on business and design requirements.
2. Deliver enhancements and project milestones on time and within budget.
3. Support and improve existing mobile applications to reduce downtime and enhance business effectiveness.
4. Collaborate with architects, leads, QA, business analysts, and project managers to define requirements and assess solution feasibility.
5. Produce secure, reliable, reusable, and scalable code.
6. Create deployment instructions and support application releases.
7. Work with QA and product teams to troubleshoot, define, and test solutions.
8. Adhere to industry standards for mobile development, security, and testing.

Qualifications:

1. Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in mobile SDK development.
3. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Flutter, Dart, Kotlin/Java, Swift/Objective-C, and understanding of REST APIs.
4. Proficiency in iOS and/or Android app development.
5. Familiarity with modern coding and design practices like MVVM, MVP, Clean/VIPER, SOLID, and TDD.
6. Experience with version control (GIT), unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
7. Ability to manage the full mobile development cycle from design to deployment.
8. Strong ownership and independence in managing projects.
9. High attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client interaction.
11. Experience in user experience-driven design development.
12. Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset.
