About The Team


We are a creative team driven by curiosity, craftsmanship, playfulness, and purpose, redefining footwear. We focus on meaningful storytelling, compelling concepts, and attention to detail to connect people with water and our community.


What you’ll do

  • Design visual assets for digital, print, and packaging marketing campaigns, emphasizing digital advertising. Create assets for email marketing, web, lookbooks, event collateral, and social media.
  • Demonstrate expertise throughout the creative process, from conceptualization to approval, collaborating with brand partners.
  • Maintain knowledge across various creative areas: taste, aesthetics, storytelling, design, brand experiences, and social platforms.
  • Mentor junior creatives, fostering a supportive creative community and guiding their growth.
  • Collaborate with other brand creatives to ensure design excellence.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to incorporate their input into the creative process.
  • Adhere to graphic design guidelines and manage brand assets with the marketing team.
  • Coordinate with the Creative Director and Art Directors to realize brand assets.
  • Keep project management platforms organized and updated.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's or BFA in Arts, Fine Arts, or Design
  • Experience in studio or client-side roles
  • Mentoring and leadership experience with creatives
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Experience developing conceptual campaigns and storytelling
  • Strong maturity, self-awareness, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Cultural and social awareness of current trends and fashion

Bonus if you

  • Have footwear industry experience
  • Have international or global experience
  • Are experienced with social and digital platforms
  • Have a background in lifestyle, beauty, or fashion
  • Are skilled in motion graphics
  • Have 3D rendering experience
