About the Role

We’re looking for a well-rounded, idea-driven designer with a keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling. You’ll work on diverse campaigns and creative projects — from streaming promos and artist features to channel branding and listener experiences. You will take ownership of concept development by participating in brainstorming, sketching initial ideas, and exploring various design directions to transform concepts into visual solutions.

  • Digital ads, web banners, and landing pages
  • Social media assets across platforms
  • Logos, icons, and branding elements
  • Email marketing and direct mail
  • POS displays, signage, and event collateral
  • Print advertising and brochures
  • Campaign toolkits and presentation decks
  • Unique projects like brand activations, stage branding, and vehicle wraps
Must-Have Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years in a graphic design role, preferably in media, entertainment, advertising, or agency
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects, Firefly with Cinema 4D a plus!)
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com
  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, or XD for digital/UI design
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Strong typography, layout, and composition skills
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Clear communication and a team-first attitude
Nice to Have
  • Photography or photo editing/retouching experience
  • Understanding of UX principles
  • Experience designing for audio platforms or entertainment brands
