Job summary

Knak, a mission-driven SaaS for marketers, seeks an Intermediate Full Stack Developer to turn Knak content into email/landing page HTML across the builder, content model, and backend exports. You’ll collaborate with engineers, PMs, designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver reliable, well-tested features and make architecture decisions within your area.

You’ll contribute to the rendering pipeline, implement scalable solutions, and help improve code quality and maintainability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development with TypeScript and a modern JS framework, Vue preferred.
• Write clean, modular, testable code with long-term maintainability in mind.
• Experience with Playwright, Jest, and CI/CD tooling.
• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and performance considerations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Build intuitive, responsive builder interfaces using Vue 3 and TypeScript.
• Maintain shared TypeScript content model and rendering logic for HTML output.
• Contribute to content architecture and rendering pipeline across platforms.
• Maintain tooling, scaffolding, and guardrails for content architecture.
• Support platform-specific exports via Laravel transformer pipeline.
• Investigate rendering, performance, and correctness issues with profiling and logging.
• Apply unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to core features.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards.
• Clarify requirements with Product and QA, break features into tasks, identify edge cases.
• Improve code quality through incremental refactoring.
