We are seeking an Intermediate Front-End Developer to join our team.

As an Intermediate Front-End Developer at Ambyint, reporting to the Software Development Lead, you will design and build scalable, cloud-native solutions for the oil and gas industry. You will work with modern technologies, mentor junior developers, and explore innovations in cloud, AI, and IoT. We value team culture, support, and impactful work.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop and maintain front-end components for our cloud platform, ensuring a responsive user experience.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate designs into functional features.
3. Optimize front-end code for performance and scalability.
4. Utilize JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks like React and NextJS.
5. Contribute to documentation and best practices.
6. Participate in Agile processes like stand-ups and sprint planning.
7. Learn from and mentor team members, sharing insights and skills.
8. Prototype and experiment with new front-end technologies.
9. Uphold Ambyint’s values and foster a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience from concept to delivery and support.
2. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and NextJS.
3. Knowledge of asynchronous programming and data fetching.
4. Experience with cloud environments like AWS and back-end APIs.
5. Experience with non-relational data stores (e.g., MongoDB) and SQL databases.
6. Understanding of scalable application design principles.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
