We are looking for an innovative and accountable Intermediate Engineer with municipal experience to work in KWL’s stormwater sector, on stormwater, civil, and water resources-type projects. We are looking for someone who can drive and lead projects, asks questions and get things done, and who will collaborate with and support senior staff as well as work with and delegate to junior staff. This role needs someone who is flexible and open to a wide range of work across our sector, but with a core focus on design.
We look for engineers who have a passion for delivering the right solution to serve each client’s needs because we specialize in solving challenging and complex problems for our clients. No project is an exact repeat of a previous project. We hire staff who take pride in their work and want to create sustainable and environmentally responsible solutions.
