We are currently looking for an Intermediate CAD Technician to join the growing team in our Calgary or Edmonton, AB offices.

InnoTech is an engineering company focused on Operational Technology (OT) spanning instrumentation, electrical and automation infrastructure. Our team consists of highly skilled engineers, technologists, and technicians with vast experience, capable of handling both small and large OT projects while also providing support for day-to-day facility operations. InnoTech’s primary services are Controls (PLC, DCS, SCADA), Electrical (low and medium voltage), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) engineering, and OT Lifecycle Planning and Cybersecurity.
Position Summary
If you’re chosen for this full-time, permanent role, you’ll join our team of highly skilled engineers and technologists in developing and managing design deliverables (drawings) for electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for our clients. You will apply standard industry practices and client-specific standards to create high-quality drawings. Preference will be given to those with a proven track-record of working independently in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation. Role And Responsibilities
Reporting to an Engineering Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be focusing on supporting project goals by implementing detailed engineering markups into final copy drawings with minimal supervision.
