Job summary

March Networks seeks an Intermediate Software Developer to join the Developer Experience and Release Engineering team in Ottawa. You will modernize the developer experience across the build and release ecosystem, migrating to GitHub Actions and shaping scalable CI/CD for on‑prem and cloud infrastructure.

You will support global R&D across Windows, Linux and mobile platforms, driving Terraform, automation and governance for major and maintenance releases.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Developer Experience, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and Git workflows.
• CI/CD across hybrid environments (on‑prem Jenkins; GitHub Actions).
• Linux/Windows self‑hosted runners; containerization with Docker.
• Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm; Terraform and Ansible.
• Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash.

Responsibilities

• Modernize and optimize the developer experience across the build and release ecosystem.
• Migrate from Jenkins to GitHub Actions with hosted and self‑hosted runners.
• Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Coordinate releases, governance, and documentation for major and maintenance updates.
• Administer and integrate lifecycle tools; provide support to dev teams during builds.
