Job Description:

• The Senior Analyst – BI (Merchant Analytics) will be responsible for developing and maintaining engaging, intuitive dashboards at scale, providing actionable insights to Company Canada Senior Leadership and supporting strategic decisions within Merchandising. The candidate should possess a high level of analytical ability to understand complex problems, an innate curiosity to explore further questions, and the skills to develop conclusions using quantitative, qualitative, exploratory, and predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional business leaders to identify critical data needs and facilitate data pipeline development.
• Design, implement, and maintain interactive Business Intelligence dashboards using Tableau.
• Establish data architecture and analytics best practices to deliver efficient BI reporting with minimal refresh latency.
• Develop standardized data preparation methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Manage all technical aspects of projects, including data analysis, scripting, quality assurance, and documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience with Tableau; knowledge of other BI tools like PowerBI is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL using BigQuery, SQL Server, or similar database systems.
• Experience with analytics tools such as KNIME or Alteryx is advantageous.
