Klohn Crippen Berger Ltd. (KCB) invites an Intermediate Structural / Civil Engineer to lead and deliver dam and hydraulic projects from concept to operation. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Canada and internationally and contribute to proposals, safety reviews, and project documentation.

The role emphasizes development, in-house training, and mentoring, with hybrid work options and a strong focus on technical excellence and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered or eligible for P.Eng in Canada and a degree in structural or civil engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in design/construction of dams, hydraulic structures, water infra.
• Experience with multi-discipline teams and construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute projects from concept through construction and operation.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with internal and international offices.
• Apply dam safety guidelines and design codes; manage proposals and reports.
• Administer submittals, site inspections, and contract administration.
