Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a site plan team for civil engineering projects related to Site Plan Applications, building permits, and Site Alteration Permits.
• Oversee the preparation and review of grading plans, servicing plans, and stormwater management reports to ensure compliance with municipal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and municipal officials to facilitate project approvals and permits.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
