Position Overview

We are seeking an Immediate Civil Engineer for our Fredericton, NB office to work with our civil team on municipal projects. The role involves collaboration with civil engineers and technologists, managing projects, and delivering infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver infrastructure projects using technical and management skills
2. Manage projects, contracts, and construction activities
3. Supervise and mentor junior team members
4. Prepare reports, drawings, specifications, and contracts
5. Oversee construction administration and supervision
6. Work closely with clients to meet project goals
7. Apply and promote health and safety standards

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• Registration with APEGNB as a P.Eng. or eligibility for immediate registration
• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in linear infrastructure
• Experience with hydrotechnical assessments, hydrology, and hydraulic modeling is an asset
• Self-motivated with leadership, project management, and excellent communication skills
