Who are we looking for?

Our offices in Whitby, Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, and St. Catherines are seeking Intermediate CAD/BIM Designers to join our Transportation Group. This role is ideal for technicians looking to advance in transportation structure design for municipalities and major transportation partners.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing working drawings from specifications, notes, sketches, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Providing project design support and mentorship to junior staff.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Applying technical manuals and standards such as CSA and MTO.
• Learning visualization and design software platforms (assets but not required).

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in bridge and steel/concrete structure design.
• Experience with bridge rehabilitation techniques.
• Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley, and ProjectWise.
• Diploma in Structural Technology or related field.
• Ability to work independently and lead project teams.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license.
